I have loved living here for a little over 8 years at The Residence at Franklin Park. This a low income/Section 8 through Hud apartment building, so to qualify you must be either at least 62 years old or disabled. I like living here at The Residence at Franklin Park. There are many activities and events through out the year sponsored by either management or Residence Outreach like dances, every Saturday coffee hour, potlucks, garage sales, different reps from the community come and speak about the services they have that would benefit us and more. Now I don't like since the Pandemic we have had an increase in pest problems, but management is helping to get that under control. I really enjoyed living here when I first got here, now it's just getting very frustrating… Like theirs way too many roaches, management can't seem to email their blind residents but is willing to send out paper that we can't even see… luckily somebody came out with an app that can read print for us.
