I just recently applied to this location and was denied due to background which that is fine but for the company to keep $160 for application is crazy I understand the $60 application but thec$100 holding fee why keep that not to mention the 3bed rooms have been available for sometime and still si so. But for you not to post that holding fee is not refundable you are scamming people money. I came here today to look at an apartment. I really liked the apartment and Heather (management/leasing agent) really tried to help me find something I'd like. I was VERY UPFRONT about an eviction 4 yrs ago and that my credit score was lower than usually due to an inquiry at a car dealership and points being taken off for it.
