I've had a very good experience here, especially as I was able to complete the application and lease online and I moved here from out of state. They connected me with the local people from Spectrum so I would have internet right away. The apartment is clean and the property is well maintained. During business hours there is always someone to answer the phone, and my emails are usually replied to quickly, or on the next day when I send an evening message. I would recommend for someone looking for an apartment.
I take back my earlier review. Apartment is in a complete state of disrepair, prices have risen and quality dropped. Completely infested with roaches for months. I pointed out the exact location they’re coming from (hole behind the stove that was never sealed up for some reason?) and nothing has been resolved. Multiple repair orders were submitted for various items around the apartment. I have been living at Residences at Forestdale for over 8 years and I have seen Property Manager's come and go, however when Heather became the Property Manager everything changed. Heather is very professional and caring about the Residents and the living conditions and issues that I /we experience everyday. I personally have had serious concerns and issues that I experienced that totally interrupted my day to day living and once I communicated and expressed my concerns to her she immediately rectified the problem!
