I take back my earlier review. Apartment is in a complete state of disrepair, prices have risen and quality dropped. Completely infested with roaches for months. I pointed out the exact location they’re coming from (hole behind the stove that was never sealed up for some reason?) and nothing has been resolved. Multiple repair orders were submitted for various items around the apartment. I have been living at Residences at Forestdale for over 8 years and I have seen Property Manager's come and go, however when Heather became the Property Manager everything changed. Heather is very professional and caring about the Residents and the living conditions and issues that I /we experience everyday. I personally have had serious concerns and issues that I experienced that totally interrupted my day to day living and once I communicated and expressed my concerns to her she immediately rectified the problem! Heather Hunnicutt-Thomas has been nothing but kind and fair to me. Through a tough personal situation she was able to help me negotiate a financial plan that allowed me to get back on track with payments. Very nice people, 10/10.
still live here and live in the N building. building is infested with roaches from a neighboring unit. even maintenance know. I fear office don't care enough, and sometimes pest wont come out the day they schedule you which is only on Wednesdays. Ya'll should really fix this ongoing problem
