I lived here for a year and I would not recommend these. I wish I had taken the reviews about their customer service and responsiveness more seriously during the application process. Unfortunately, the experience became significantly worse after I moved in. Residences at fairview town center has been our most favorite apartment my partner and I have lived in. Deshon especially deserves huge kudos for everything he does. From our neighbors, maintenance, and custodians, everyone has been super welcoming and friendly. If it weren’t for us taking the next step in owning a home, we would’ve stayed as long as possible. Thank you guys for welcoming us here we will miss it.
I have been here for over 100 days, and the General manager Mr Adams has always been very respectful and has even gone out of his way to make sure our stay has been comfortable and to make us feel like we are at home here! His staff whether it is Emily who always has a smile and ready with breakfast is a joy to see at 6:00 am in the morning!
