I have been here for over 100 days, and the General manager Mr Adams has always been very respectful and has even gone out of his way to make sure our stay has been comfortable and to make us feel like we are at home here! His staff whether it is Emily who always has a smile and ready with breakfast is a joy to see at 6:00 am in the morning! We really enjoyed living here and had an overall great experience. The community is well maintained, the office staff is friendly, and we always felt like any concerns we had were taken seriously. Like any apartment community, there can be some noise from neighbors, but that's just part of apartment living and wasn't anything out of the ordinary. I’ve been staying here for almost a year, and I’m ready to give my reactions on all of my time to-date. I would give most of this feedback to the management/staff, but they don’t always respond to resident emails in my experience and the “anonymous feedback boxes in each mailroom” were never implemented, I checked. I’ve lived here for over a year and recently transferred units instead of leaving, so my experience has been mostly positive. The biggest positives are the location, safety, parking, and maintenance team. The community is extremely walkable, with restaurants, Whole Foods, retail stores, salons, gyms/fitness options, entertainment, hotels, and outdoor green space all within a few minutes’ walk. After living here for 5 months, I want to give my detailed and honest review of the Residence at Fairview. The Good. Unlike many apartments in the area, RAF does not use the management company that many others do. This means the price of the units remain the same. The prices do not change depending on how many times you’ve visited the website. The additional rental fees are low and reasonable.
