We just moved from a two bedroom to a three bedroom and couldn’t be more impressed with the echelon team! From the ladies in the office to zac and chris from maintenance we had a smooth move in process! Couldn’t be more excited to continue living here! 😊
Very pretty, but LOUD. You hear everything neighbors do -- upstairs, downstairs, next door, in parking lot, etc. Her breezeway smells like weed, too. My friend had a neighbor's yappy little dog that barked at everything. Her apartment is nice, but don't think I'd choose there if renting.
I had the pleasure of working with Chris, the maintenance supervisor, and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that Chris was knowledgeable and efficient. I’ll update if anything changes but so far so good! This has been the most seamless move in process I’ve had in the Kansas City area. Kelsye and Rakeya responded to my move in inquiry the same day, helped me with a move special, and was able to get essentially moved in while I was on a rush. I was able to complete application/deposit the same day and decide a moving date after touring my new home.
