Editing once again because I’ve entirely lost faith in this building that I’ve considered home. Our AC has been out for now 4 days with our thermostat permanently stuck at 80 degrees- during a heat wave with active heat warnings no less. During record high heat, our vents are quite literally blowing out hot air and we’re not even the only ones. 5 other units are having the same issue. The golf simulator was down for 6 months in 2024 and has been down for 6 of the 7 months of 2025. Management has proven time and time again that they do not prioritize getting this fixed. DO NOT move here if you plan on using this amenity.
Moe is a fantastic handyman! Literally fixed my broken stove same day, and it looks spectacular!
