Moved here a week ago and it’s been great! The place has been very clean and secure. The leasing team is kind and organized. Nora and Jade from the concierge desk are also very helpful and attentive with the residents. They’ve helped me locate packages and have made my moving experience so much smoother.
I came here twice to do a self tour. Once there was no key and the other I was told it was only a "virtual tour" or someone would give me the tour. I like self tours thats just me. I am guessing the front office guy took a look at me and didnt want to give me the tour. I have my own business and I came here while I had a little downtime. I barely got 2 steps in and couldn't even look around the lobby at all. There's tons of apartment buildings with better views in better locations with better staff. Jamie Moyles, Leasing Consultant was so personable and friendly from the moment we arrived. Her enthusiasm for the apartment, area, and amenities made us equally excited about living there. She helped us navigate through the processes so well and made the whole experience feel easy. We canceled our other appointments with local apartments because we were confident we had found our place after our meeting and tour with Jamie. She’s a gem and a fantastic representative for Capitol View apartments!
