The situation of the heat in the room is far below average while the living room too is experiencing low heat because of the closure of one of the vents. So I would say the problem remains unsolved.
I love my personal living space at the moment. Staff are AWESOME for ALL reasons. Whatever you made need or going through, they are right by your side. Always continue to render your OUT of the WORLD customer service.
15-year resident here. Happy to say that current management has been a significant overall improvement over what we've endured in the past. A significant portion of the improvement can be attributed to the efforts of Community Manager Brittany and her staff (including the Maintenance crew).
I moved in 2 months ago & it’s been pretty good. I had a few minor hiccups when I moved in, but maintenance took care of it quickly. The ladies in the leasing office were very helpful during the move in process.
