We left Residence Josephine a couple months ago and found out the rent has since gone up to $3000 for our 2 bedroom apartment. With the crime in the area, the depressing eyesore right across the street, and NO BALCONY the rent should NOT be this high.
Super cute condos, love all the local bars and restaurants you can walk to.
