I needed quarters for the washer and dryer and was told that I would need to purchase a $10 roll from the front desk as there are no change machines. I only wanted $3 worth of quarters but the two people at the front desk could not break the roll. I also could not charge the roll to my room. This is a cashless hotel except, apparently, for rolls of quarters and $10 bills. The GM echoed the same response that this was a cashless hotel. We stayed at this hotel for a week traveling for my fiancés work. Our hotel room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff were friendly. Added bonus was the courtyard and the shallow area in the pool for our young children. The complementary breakfast had a lot of options. The area the hotel was in has a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel- ever. Booked a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchen for my wife and her family for June 21th for 2 nights through the Marriott website. I received confirmation of the booking and also checked in online with the email Marriott sent and signed up for text alert for when the room would be ready Upon their arrival, the front desk agent told her that the reservation was canceled due to Marriott overbooking, claiming they did not have our contact information to let us know it was oversold... read more
