Very nice hotel. Erica in the food service is exceptional.
Great breakfast option, friendly staff. Giving it 2 stars due to our room not being serviced the whole time we stayed there. We were there for four days. No clean towels, no clean wash cloths, bedding never made.

Great lodging and close to some meal options. I returned toWest Springfield, Massachusetts for business and I am staying here. Very good location with easy access to opportunities in the town. They have breakfast available starting at 06:00 the basic scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast sandwiches and the coffee is good. The staff are very friendly and professional. The property is clean.
