I honestly really liked the hotel, I stayed for three days and my wife and I really enjoyed having a kitchen and nice staff to attend us, but the fire alarm rang the first day at 9:30 AM waking us up in a panic, and we had to wait outside. Then AGAIN the next night at 11:30 PM when we were sleeping. It was really hard sleeping thinking we were going to hear the fire alarm and have to run out the room without our things. It took our peace of mind away, which is why we went on a vacation.
Our first room was absolutely disgusting. The carpet made my feet sticky, the couch smelled strongly of urine, and the room smelled of animal urine. I complained to the front desk and was handed air freshener. I asked for a cot because my son was not sleeping on that couch and was told they had none. I asked what they planned to do about the situation, and they finally gave us a different room. The second room was fine. I complained again about our experience and got a (sorry).
