First and last time staying at this hotel. I went to my room and the room next door had 2 dogs that were non stop barking for 5 minutes straight. I went back to the front desk and the gentleman told me there were no other king bed rooms which is what I paid for. He only had 1 queen bed rooms available. I asked if I can be compensated or get a discount due to being downgraded, he said he’ll speak to his supervisor and that they’ll reach out to me (nobody reached out). VERY OUTDATED HOTEL...I RATHER STAY IN RED ROOF INNN THAN PAYING 170$ PER NIGHT...DARK ROOMS, DIRTY FURNITURE, POWERDED EGGS IN THE MORNING AS YOUR CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST
Pull was shut down but kept us informed before we even arrived front desk always went above and beyond the breakfast people were always a help when you needed something and housekeeping went above and beyond during the stay if you needed anything they were on it right away
I was very disappointed..my room the bathroom was dirty..still had person before me towel dirty in tub.Then they tried to say I didn't pay for 2 nights..while trying to rest they knocked on my door all morning. And maid was very rude! turned TV off and disabled my key card to only find out in fact I did pay for 2 days.but tells me I'm lucky room still is available.. not to mention there was a big bug crawling on the floor..wish I could post the pic.. I deserve either some money back or a free stay .. What a real headache!
