Spent one night here. We were able to use our free night and also Marriott gift cards purchased with points (which we used to pay the $125 pet fee,, as we were traveling with two pets). The good: Clean, comfortable bed, very good shower, breakfast options good (but please label the types of milk in the canisters). Had a wonderful stay at the residence inn in west Springfield ma. Stayed on the 4th floor a bit back but forgot to leave this review. First the room was immaculate and well serviced. The housekeeper Natasha was wonderful very helpful and really friendly. She made my experience alot better and I will be requesting her services going forward
