Had a wonderful stay at the residence inn in west Springfield ma. Stayed on the 4th floor a bit back but forgot to leave this review. First the room was immaculate and well serviced. The housekeeper Natasha was wonderful very helpful and really friendly. She made my experience alot better and I will be requesting her services going forward
I had a great experience at Residence Inn by Marriott West Springfield. The assistant manager Kristine was very professional, kind, and helpful. They made sure everything was taken care of and that guests felt welcome and comfortable. Excellent customer service and a great attitude. Thank you for your hard work.
