Rooms could use a refresh and plumbing that is functional. I was lucky they were able to move me to a new room.
Wow!!!! You never imagine how rude. Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member here. September 6, around 2 AM: the odor in my room was bad enough that I couldn’t sleep. I went to the front desk to ask about changing rooms and was told the system couldn’t do it overnight, and that there were no other options. When I didn’t simply accept that, the agent told me to leave the lobby. I’m a paying guest. Telling someone to leave the lobby is not a way to end a conversation you don’t want to have. Wonderful staff and want to single out Crystal in.particular for her incredible ability to handle challenging customer service situations and her ability to multitask exceptionally well, as I witnessed. She displays outstanding leadership and people skills, and she should do well in any field that she puts her mind to.
