Excellent service from Juno - shuttle driver & Naya - guest services at arrival. Good & convenient to transit, airport, etc. Comfortable accommodation. Good breakfast. Shower only had hot water, unable to shower until day 2. Apologies, but no goodwill gestures extended by management for guest’s inconvenience. Sofa cushions soiled and dirty - had to use sheet to use. Coffee maker was not cleaned - used coffee grounds & filter from previous guest use were still in the machine. Not impressed & definitely won’t be back. I booked my room 2 weeks in advance, when I checked in they messed up my reservation & tried to put me in the wrong room. I went back down stairs to inform them that I purchased an upgraded room & wanted the one I paid for. When I finally got up to the 2nd room, I become aware that the bathtub is broken, along with the heating/cooling system, & the bed is extremely uncomfortable. Good, they brought back the airport shuttle. Some of the walls are thin (could hear neighbors through them) but usually this isn't a problem.
Beautiful rooms. Very friendly staff. Great shuttle to SEA airport.
