I booked a room here, called to prepay for my reservation. First the agent didn't even acknowledge her name. 2nd I asked for a credit card authorization form, the agent then seemed so confused on what I wanted to do. The agent mentioned I can pay on my end. When I know for a fact my card is just to guarantee my reservation. I felt she was trying to hurry me off the phone, canceled my reservation in that instant. It’s one of the nicest biggest Marriott airport hotels I’ve stayed in the rooms are nice and roomy. The beds are comfortable. The atmosphere is great. It’s a nice place to stay. I highly recommend.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Sahari （hopefully, I spelling her name right )helped me check in smoothly, and her patience and kindness made my stay very pleasant. Highly recommend!
We came in yesterday from London at 630 pm, 330 am London time and well needed to be cared for, super prompt shuttle service to the hotel, easy check in, big room, great bed then in the morning before we moved on to Portland, a great breakfast included in our stay and a easy shuttle back to the airport
