Upon check - in was assigned a room that when we went to it, had not been serviced. Was given new room in the basement, and half of the lights did not work. I discover the circuit breaker had tripped and reset and though nothing more of it. But during the night, the breaker popped again which shutdown power to my cpap which cause some medical issues for me. Clean hotel right by the airport. Easy to get around by car or train when needed. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful and happy to answer any questions I had. FYI shuttle runs from 5 am-11 pm

From the shuttle driver to the front desk to the room… First Class, above and beyond. Night crew that was on duty at 10pm 8/21 went above and beyond for me. Shuttle driver actually came back to where I was to get ne instead of making me wait. Front desk let me borrow a charger. Room was spotless, clean and large. Little Lake behind hotel is very pretty. Thank you for your customer service and kindness! It means so much!

Very convenient to the airport, with a nice view of angle lake. The free breakfast is better than you will find in other hotels, the rooms are clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
