Hotel muy limpio, personal amable, con alberca y patio amplio, colchones muy acogedores, me tocó personal que habla español, lo malo te cobran estacionamiento aparte de la habitación, volvería sin dudar; cerca hay restaurantes y una plaza comercial donde hay Ross, Target y más tiendas.
I am a long-time Bonvoy Rewards member. Upon online checkin this morning, I receive notice that the hotel is undergoing renovation. "Guests may experience loud noise/potential water cutoff, we apologize for the inconvenience". They couldn'nt tell me this when I was making the reservation??? As I walk up to desk to physically check in, I encounter workers literally tearing up the flooring directly in front of front desk. It was okay. The location was convenient for our purposes. This place is under construction, but they started way too early. Apparently it was time to wake up, as the contractors were on the floor below banging around. So we went down to grab breakfast. Food is about as expected, however, items such as cranberries and raisins were definitely old, and should not have even been placed. Update: Shower water is now perfect. However, in the last two weeks toliet does not flush and the only resort is to fill trash can with water and manually fill toliet with fresh water. Secondly, due to construction the 6th floor laundry room is unavailable. The second floor laundry room only has one working dryer. It would be proactive for the hotel to moving a working dryer from the 6th floor to the second floor to replace a non-working dryer.
