The only issue is all of the construction. When I got there the 2 young ladies at checkin we friendly and showed caring wanting to make sure I had everything I need. One shout out to Christina, after the other great person and she was alone, she was interactive with all of the guests making sure everything was OK and they were enjoying their stay.
Had a great experience here. As someone who travels a lot, Residence Inn is generally a solid choice for me. The kitchenettes are key. However, this particular property stood out because of the outstanding service I received. In particular from Christina, the host who checked me in.
I’ve stayed at so many Marriott’s and Christina has given the best service I’ve ever had. Her customer service was unmatched. I would stay here again because of her. She should train other hosts or associates nationally.
