This place is a mixed bag. Some staff were excellent, especially the ladies, but one guy struggled to communicate at all. I arrived early, which is fair, but the process was messy from the start. I left my number for updates and never heard back. Went to a meeting, came back about four hours later, and still had to wait another 10–15 minutes due to “technical difficulties.” Day 2 was even stranger. Staying here as I write this and very frustrated with the experience. My husband is a titanium level guest, so he stays in a LOT of Marriotts as he travels for work. Our first room the AC did not work well and spent a sleepless night. It got even worse the next day as the outside got warmer. Soon we realized it wasn't working. Took multiple calls to finally get the maintenance man to our room only to discover the AC unit was out of freon and they can't fix that right away. They had us change rooms. Bonvoy member long time business traveler this will go down as top 3 worst experiences ever. Day 3 of stay, water heater functioned one day so far. Front desk said it was fixed. It wasn’t. I watched the maintenance restart it. It’s and old school tank water heater. Front desk unwilling to move me. Trash hotel. ***Update 2 weeks later. I have now been here 17 days and have had no hot water 8 times. They send a guy up to restart it and say "sorry". There have been plumbers on sight for a week. Still no help. Maintenance comes in your room while you're trying to sleep and after you had a hard work week, they serve 30 minutes late breakfast than normal. Their water heater went out during my stay. Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel ever in my life
