Steven is the best. Locked in the rate I needed over the phone and was extremely professional!
The service here was exceptional. Tai performed above and beyond any expectations and took care of us continuously.
Winnie up front made our stay incredible. The amount of care and attention to detail that was given was amazing. We had a wonderful stay, comfy beds, kitchenette and yummy breakfast. Will come back if we are ever in SLC again. Winnie- keep being your wonderful self.
I’ve been to this hotel before and haven’t been that impressed but for some reason this last time was amazing. The room was extremely clean. Everyone from the front desk was very nice and they called and checked on us every day. I’m especially impressed with Beatrice who works at the complementary breakfast. My three kids and I were late for breakfast and I didn’t expect much and she went above and beyond, grabbed multiple things for us and wrapped it and even bagged it up for us taking time out of her day and making sure th... read more
