This place needs lots of attention, especially the rooms. It just felt dirty and in need of lots of attention.
A previous guest’s dirty dishes were left in the room. The AC in the room didn’t work, and there was no maintenance available the night of our stay.
My family and I arrived at the Residence Inn near the Salt Lake City Airport at 11:50 p.m. last night and were told that there wasn't a room for us (despite our confirmed reservation). The woman at the front desk said there was "a glitch" in their "system" and that they had "tried to call" me but they "didn't have a good number" to reach me (I've been a member since 2011 - they have my phone number and my email address).
