As an older property, the in-room air conditioning hardly works. The food is mainly as expected at a Marriott themed property but not consistent with having basics like milk. Having a commercial franchise owner instead of direct ownership and management by Marriott has killed the Residence Inn brand. 1 Example: they used to have daily happy hours and a weekend BBQ social at Residence Inns not to mention maintenance being top notch instead of it being the very least that they can be get away with.
