Marriott titanium status. My reservation was canceled while I was on board my inbound airplane arriving at 11 PM. The staff was unhelpful. I will never stay here again.
Service was the shuttle. Picked up at airport driver never got out of vehicle another passenger and myself loaded our bags and when we arrived at hotel held hand out for a tip (that didn't happen)he was on the phone the whole time very unprofessional
Traffic noise awful but otherwise a good stay. Excellent breakfast. Great service
The hotel is quite old but the location is great and so as the staff. Breakfast has huge selection . Room is big . We have a fireplace which is very nice . Lots of parking specially if you have an oversized vehicle.
The hotel is just a little rundown. The people at the front desk are lovely. But the breakfast was atrocious. I didn't even eat it. I did see a lot of people chowing on it though. So to each their own taste I guess. I stayed at many Residence Inn and I just found this one to be in need of a renovation.
