The young lady customer service has room for improvement. She also need to speak loudly and clearly, I had to call back downstairs to find out where the towels and extra blanket we requested was. She then stated you have to come back to get them. Excuse me, we were just getting off work exhausted had she spoken more clearly and bit louder we would've clearly just waited at the desk.
