I cannot believe how this hotel is run. Both nights I’ve stayed here they have allowed parties in the courtyard outside my room. The first night they had a paid event whose dj “played past his time” after 10 pm. Saturday night I had to call at midnight because loud drunk people were outside. They were also playing bags which you could keep hearing the loud bangs from. I’ve never experienced anything like this at this nice of a hotel but I’ve gotten zero sleep here. Poor terrible management.

1. The curbside valet service upon arrival was very good. However, there should be a way to use stations in the street to provide some safety for both people and pets. It is a terribly busy and cobblestones street... difficult for humans and canines to walk on. I'd be amazed if accidents don't happen there often! 2. We reserved a one bedroom suite two months ago for the weekend, my son and girlfriend arrived (after checking in on line at 7:30 pm) to "we are sold out" and they were put in a single room (one bed) with a "pull out" sofa bed right next to the single bed. Called and spoke to LaWanda at 1:30 am (who was very professional) and only explanation was "Residence Inn is sold out and there is nothing we can do, "they" overbooked the hotel".
