The room is very disappointing. It has a busted countertop, a failing tv screen, weak remote, and the hvac is NOT performing well. AND the garbage disposal doesn’t work and sink is clogged! Who wants to even complain about all this when it’s so apparent they don’t even care?!? In addition, the valet is the most expensive I’ve ever paid at any Marriott property - $42/night Also, the front desk staff couldn’t even answer or assist with a simple question about splitting the charges between my corporate and personal cards! Great experience! Was here for two weeks on business and just wanted to shout out some of the amazing staff! I had the pleasure of talking to Shane during my stay and he was super friendly and helpful during my check in/ out process! Also major shout out to Jordan who works over at the Starbucks / restaurant in the lobby! Every morning I would have my water bottle filled with ice and she before I could even ask would remember me and just top off my ice for the day!
