Customer service was terrible. Each time we spoke with Mr. Montreal Brickhouse he was not helpful, however he took the call and acted as if he was going to be of assistance. Specifically I called to request my vehicle both days he took the calls and after 30 minutes pasted my vehicle was not ready because he failed to notify valet. After I asked him why he had not notified them he stated that was not his job. I also called for housekeeping both bays and they never came either. Everything about the Residence Inn in Downtown Richmond was great! Montell was very friendly and accommodating when I checked in. We can't wait to come back!
Nice location. Very friendly staff. The breakfast is decent. The rooms I stayed at were always a bit weird in layout. Not sure if it is an old building or something like that.
Dwanda was exceptional. She helped me to remember the importance of excellence in Customer Service and how Marjorie has thrived on delivering that to perfection. The hotel was what I needed for a getaway weekend of fun and rest. The location for ideal for me . I parked my car and did not have to drive for the weekend. I’m commend the rest of the staff to include the Valet (greeters) from checkin to the night auditor and morning staff at checkout. I was a veteran of Marriott working across brands for near 10 years.
