Breakfast on weekends from 7-930??? Room service upon request only, housekeeping leaves early, can't get towels or blankets, loud traffic.

Had to use a conference room for work. Great layout, the conference room was well laid out/well thought out, aesthetically pleasing and very friendly staff. Not too far from some cool spots in Rapid. They seemed to have a nice lobby and waiting area. Ample parking. Great location.

This place has so much potential, but they have a housekeeping problem. The first room we checked in was gross. The next room was better but still not that clean. Gum on floor, big stains, makeup and hair everywhere. The staff we encountered were friendly overall but for cost per night I’d expect better. DEEP CLEAN this place. It doesn’t matter what you do with the housekeeping tab for the room door, they didn’t come in any of the 4 days. Bed bugs and very uncleanly rooms - visible dust, other insects throughout hotel hallways, laundry room. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had and would not recommend.

This was a great area to stay. We were an hour or less from another of attractions. The rooms were large, and comfortable. I would have liked an alarm clock, just to see the time, and not have to find my phone. The staff was awesome! Did not check out the water park, but was able to get in and out easy, and go see the attractions of South Dakota that were in the area.
