Good hotel. Nice rooms, also got a nice upgrade free of charge, which was great. Convenient location to Portsmouth and other nearby places. Great.

Fun for a quick getaway. Rooms are very clean and the pool was also clean and water was warm.
My wife made a reservation here and needed assistance due to booking the wrong Residence Inn in Portsmouth, NH. She was advised to speak with the manager. After 3 phone messages and 3 emails (all of which were ignored), she had to address her concerns with Marriott Corporate. To this day (now 5 weeks later), still no communication from this hotel's manager. With this lack of respect, you can only imagine the poor service the hotel must provides. Arso is unwilling to deal with his customers. If you bring up a problem to him, he's going to gaslight you and mirror you with questions so he doesn't have to take any responsibility for the behavior of what's going on in the hotel.
