Awful experience at this hotel. Upon arrival the hotel / rooms had a very bad smell. I ended up not staying the whole reservation and found another hotel nearby for a few nights. Spoke to the General Manager (Arso) who was not helpful at all. After reading numerous reviews complaining about him, I now see why. He comes on here and blames the customer after you leave a negative review. Told me his staff does not make mistakes when I raised a concern. This hotel is conveniently located near many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. All within a five minute drive. The property itself looks recently renovated. Clean and well kept up. The staff at the front desk were welcoming when we checked in and about an hour later when I was walking through the lobby, a staff person asked if everything was OK with the room.
