Rooms are extremely outdated. Floors are bubbling up in kitchen. Rotten wood on the stairs. Carpet is nasty. Desperate need for a renovation or complete tear down and rebuild.
Meghan was helpful but the rooms are not up to Marriott standards. Breakfast was good but the pace need a serious upgrade as others have said. Also hit with a $5 parking charge, just annoying.
This hotel is in a nice location with nice surroundings but it’s old and in need of upgrades to rooms especially bathrooms
This place is the most disappointing Marriott branded hotel I've ever stayed at. It is very much more like a motel. We chose the Residence Inn bc of the full kitchen option but did not realize we'd be sacrificing cleanliness and comfort for it. The rooms are dark and have an awful mildew/wet smell, the carpet is damp and gross, and everything including the kitchen is terribly outdated.
