4pm check-in for a platinum member on a Sunday is ridiculous and the front staff could care less if you left and went somewhere else. Which I did. Your loss not mine
Stayed here for an FFA trip and everything was amazing! The front desk workers were extremely accommodating and friendly if you want to have a relaxing and fun time stay here at this hotel!
