Left an expensive medicine in the room by accident and was stolen. The housekeeper “Hilda” took care of us three days, on the day we left, I forgot my medicine in a drawer, when we reached Nevada, we checked our luggage and found it was missing, first thing the next day I called the front desk with my information, “Veronica” said was checking with housekeeping to see if they had found anything, then they claimed nothing was left, my husband was sure the drawer he place the medicine on the kitchen, when I told “Veronica” the ... read more

Our stay was fantastic! The continental breakfast was the best one I've ever seen! They had board games, pool toys, a fireplace, a nice size pool, a jacuzzi, a basketball court, a well appointed 24 hour fitness center, and a nice dining area. We came here for a Friday night stay and enjoyed the hotel. Our only problem is major construction right next door. The hotel offers everything you would need, but I think we'll avoid it for a couple of years as they are building a giant hospital or something right across the street.

Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with many options during our 3 day stay. Kitchen and free parking was a bonus. Excellent location near Toyota Arena, freeways and dining options. Helpful housekeeping & staff. Highly Recommended!
