I am extremely disappointed in the service at this location, when we arrived to check in we had to wait 30 mins before any desk staff was available. We requested housekeeping and never received that until we had to complain this is after 3 separate request to have service. When service was received is was terrible, bed half made, bathroom not cleaned, no soap or tissue replacement. A few years ago a person in housekeeping stole over a thousand dollars in jewelry from my husband. Its disappointing that no one helpped him with this situation. Im disappointed that money was spent to stay here but we were then stolen from. Please keep your valuable belongings away from this hotel because they may be gone if you leave the room and come back. Such terrible service and experience.
