Caitlynne started off my experience at the Inn. She was attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. The Residence Inn was clean and accommodating. The free parking and breakfast was great, as well as the staff and amazing rooms! My work team and I will certainly visit again!
As an SPG/Bonvoy Titanium member, I stay in a lot of hotels. This hotel in general is a nicely run place and the rooms are well appointed. However, and this is not just this hotel, something HAS GOT TO BE DONE about the smoking of doobies in these hotels. We had to sleep with the windows open because the stench of pot was so strong. It was impossible to determine where the smell was coming from but it was clearly in the hotel and the elevators stink of it as well.
