All staff were very kind. From the housekeeping staff to the desk staff. Everyone was kind and accommodating. Will definitely return
Second time staying. Everything was good. Kinda felt the rooms weren't as clean as the first time though. I am SUPER picky and I was ok staying but just a note. The breakfast attendant is superb, remembering me and my granddaughter from a year ago. Very pleasant. I will stay again.
This is a great hotel! It’s across the street from the hospital, gym is around the corner and great restaurants!
Young man at front desk, Mark was really helpful and advised us of where to go for parking and food. Friendliness, helpfulness and courteous was above. Thank you, especially during a stressful time with snowstorm, freezing weather and no power in our home. Everyone was good, however Mark was outstanding. Thank you.
