Very nice, comfortable and accommodating location. I'll stay here again. I don't recall if the bar was open, qould be an added plus if it was.
It is our first time in New Orleans and the Front Desk team sure did went extra mile! We got an upgrade to a higher floor in a suite, what a treat!. Also, Mr. Gray is extremely accommodating and kind as well.
Residence Inn staff was delightful and accommodating to my extended family. I booked a room using my points for my out of town guest. The staff took care of everything without a hassle. Normally when I book for my guest. It's a whole process of shenanigans just to securely check in. Thank you Residence Inn for you impeccable service.
