I do not recommend this hotel at all!! Left several things while in a hurry to get to a tournament of value: nice cowboy boots, cinch jeans, 4 other pieces of clothing in closet and a hair straightener. Called before I got home no one called back. Called next day after unpacking suitcases. Was told there was nothing left in room. When it was all in closet!!! 1,000%. I was very disappointed with the lodging experience. The app doesn't make it clear that Residence Inn isn't a hotel. Room service has to be requested every day. We requested it today, but upon returning and wanting to shower, they hadn't replenished the towels, hadn't cleaned the room, the bed was completely unmade, and when we asked them to tidy it up, they simply brought the linens for us to make the bed ourselves, etc. There's no adequate space to store luggage; our bags were stored in a hallway where employees pass by.
