Terrible customer service and not worth to stay in here. First night. Bathtub wasn’t draining, comforter with blood 🩸 on. I took it off the bed and put it on the floor just to come back from work finding the same thing back in bed. So that tells you that they are not cleaning the room like they should. How can you put the same dirty comforter with someone else blood back on bed and tell me that you made a bed with clean sheets? Crazy. I found food crumbs everywhere. This might be like my second review ever and I just have to say that THIS HOTEL & ITS STAFF DESERVES SO MUCH PRAISE & RECOGNITION. Me and my partner have stayed with over 30+ different Marriott Bonvoy Hotels and THIS one? The absolute best by far. We truly consider this our home away from home. Very nice residence inn but some of the plugs in my room didn’t work and the microwave light was broken. The gym is pathetic. There are no weight machines which is extremely disappointing.
Nice hotel close to relatives. Always clean, and well managed. Sometimes the breakfast could be better, but usually good.
