Horrible management and house cleaning staff, At check in you get a good room but you’ll never see house cleaning staff for the rest of your stay. The management Venessa and Barbara will give you false promises.
Horrible house keeping & no cleaning of rooms except when you check in. The manager Barbara & Venessa are full of false promises and fake assurances. Once we said we will leave a complaint/ review, they ensured they are not going to clean our room for the rest of the stay and they actually avoided our room for the last 4 days of our stay even after us requesting multiple times for clean up and towels, etc actionable. Absolutely Horrible Experience – Unsafe and Negligent I rarely write reviews, but our stay at Residence Inn was so appalling that I feel compelled to warn others. For four consecutive days, we received zero housekeeping service. No fresh towels, no trash removal, no cleaning—nothing. When we asked about it, the staff gave vague excuses and never followed up.
