I recently stayed at this property for three nights using reward points. Unfortunately, my room had a broken microwave. When I reported it to the front desk, they assured me that maintenance would come by, but no one ever showed up. At checkout, I spoke with the manager and explained how inconvenient it was not having a microwave. I've stayed here before I liked the property it was convenient and cozy. We were returning to visit family and I called in to check on my reservation and ask a question or two that the call center sometimes doesn't know because it's property specific. Maria answered the phone and referred me to reservations because she was busy.
