I’ve been to this residence inn and it’s awesome! The staff Manager Liza made sure I have great accommodations for myself and family, Vanessa, James, Justin,Maria,Abogail and Latrell all gave excellent customer service I will be going there in the near future!!!
The room was dirty. Mold in shower. Carpets and furniture were stained. It was not good. Holes in screens. Went to desk for towels and they didn't have any available. Stayed the night and check out. We were supposed to stay 4 nights.
It is a bed bug infested place especially all the rooms. the general manager is horrible she is power struck and has no respect for the guests..the pool is dirty the hallway is always a mess and the room service sucks..she the general manager treats her employees horrible and speaks very disrespectful.. the general manager name is Aliza Monga. She needs to be replace ASAP.
Requested early check-in at 1:45 pm as a Bonvoy member but they couldn’t accommodate so went to eat, came back and room was still not ready on arrival at 3:10. Location is fine but super busy road. Not within a safe walking distance to anything.
I stayed at this hotel for several months throughout the year during business travel, and unfortunately the issues have been consistent the entire time. There are frequent loud parties during weeknights, which makes it difficult to rest or stay productive. Despite the ongoing disturbances, hotel staff have not taken noticeable steps to address or manage the noise. The hotel is also pet‑friendly, but the environment does not seem well‑controlled.
