Staff is kind and polite. Rooms are clean and in good condition. Breakfast seems to be at odd hours and short duration. As a long-term ambassador needing good Internet service it is horrible. Their Internet is wide open and doesn’t give the option for enhanced Internet, although that’s a guarantee to me as an ambassador. It cuts on and off and is extremely slow. Additionally, I am pre-charged up to $5000 as the pre-charges do not drop off in a timely manner due to the way this particular Marriott property enters the billing.... read more

I travel a lot for work and I am always so excited whenever I get to come to the twin cities because I know it means I get to come here. This is a beautiful establishment with incredibly kind and helpful staff! Five ⭐️!
