We ran into a difficult situation while checking in at the front desk. We were informed that there was an error in the system that caused a double booking to occur on our credit card. We checked our email and confirmed that this was an error since we only received confirmation for the one room we booked. However, we were told that if we cancelled the additional reservation we would be charged a cancellation fee, and that we would have to wait a few days until the GM returned to work to see if the fee could be overturned. Great location. Quiet yet walking distance from restaurants, shops and grocery store. Super comfy bed. Kitchen. Huge shower. Sofa lounger/sleeper. Best breakfast buffet I have seen in a long time at any hotel. Coffee available all day/ night in the lobby. Friendly staff.
Very clean rooms and friendly staff! Breakfast had some variety, including strawberry waffles. Great location!
The room was very nice! Four stars because the shower was dirty, but everything else was very clean.
