I put two stars to the hotel because it seems very serious that I as a client who stay there listen to the ladies who clean the hotel rooms are complaining that the tips that we as customers leave for them are kept by the supervisors when the cleaners are the ones who do all the work of keeping the place impeccable thank God I speak 3 languages and among those Spanish where I could understand what they were complaining about and honestly I will not stay there again. Stayed a couple times. Nice staff, clean, they have a laundry room, pool, small gym and a outside area. The hotel sits on a hill which overlooks a beautiful meadow.

Stayed for 4 nights for a reunion with extended family including kids age 7 weeks to 11 years. Convenient location (Less than 15 min drive to zoo, Veterans Park, and Discovery World). Friendly staff who treated us like family (special shout-out to Marli at the front deak). Hearty free breakfast buffet, comfortable lounge/lobby, and clean kitchenettes with the cookware essentials plus a gas grill and patio allowed us to eat in for all meals.
