I am writing to express my disappointment regarding several issues I experienced during my recent stay at the Residence Inn in Miami. My original reservation was scheduled from May 22 through May 24. However, while driving to Miami, I decided to arrive one day earlier on May 21 and contacted Marriott customer support to book an additional reservation for that night.
