I am so deeply dissatisfied with the service I received here. I travel frequently and I love the Marriott brand. Upon checking in the staff was not helpful we had a lot of luggage there was no carts available nor did the staff care to locate them. I booked multiple rooms because I have a large family. The beach attendant decided to call and confirm the number of beach chairs as if he did not believe we had multiple rooms. I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott, and I want to especially recognize Cheyenne at the front desk for her outstanding service.
