To the general manager of the Residence Inn Aventura: My wife Sylvia and myself have just been at your hotel from August 14 to the 23. I can just say we have enjoyded every minute of our stay. But as always there are certain things you may want to change. These are: 1. By the bathroom sink there is no towel hanger. We improvised using the door handle as a towel hanger. 2.
