Room dirty. Bugs 8n light fixtures. Lights don't work. Bulb dead carpet a triping hazard.
Good service and location but rooms are old and borderline grungy.
Vivian and the employees I interacted with deserve 5 stars. They were pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the rooms were filthy. Regardless of how outdated it is, it’s just plain dirty. I ultimately canceled my reservation and changed hotels.
Nice place showing signs of age but the housekeeping staff is keeping it clean. Front desk staff is helpful but not overly friendly, not rude, just not warm and fuzzy.
I'm a lifetime platinum Bonvoy so have stayed at many Marriott properties and this is the worst. The staff and lobby are nice but will never return. This property is nasty and in desperate need of repair.
