RUDE WORKER! I called on Friday to inquire about a booking that should have been cancelled through American Express. When I was charged I called in to get answers but the lady was different than who I had called the day before and she had no interest in helping me. I was rudely blown off by this receptionist who told me “You spoke with the manager, she will be back in on Monday” with the delivery of a sassy movie character (apologies if doing your job is so annoying, Holly).
