Fantastic service! We arrived early and our room was ready. The amazing front desk clerk had us checked in within 3 minutes! The rooms were spacious and very clean. We stay at a lot of Marriott and other brand hotels and this was definitely a stand out!
Friendly and professional staff. Really pretty ground with trees and quiet. Breakfast was standard and it was in the spring so it seems like the Air Conditioning doesn’t work if the heat is set to be on. Overall well run property that I would definitely stay at again.
I had a bad experience at the Residence Inn La Mirada at Buena Park on February 2, 2025, and I want to warn others about how unprofessional and disorganized this hotel is. I had booked a stay the day before that I could check in early at 12:30 PM because I needed to pick up some disabled family members from the airport. The hotel assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. It was very relaxing and the breakfast was outstanding.
Of course the rooms weren't spectacular but they were way above average.. everything was pretty much updated clean and working.. there are many hotels I've stayed in that were a lot better or a lot worse but for the money this provided everything I needed. Especially the staff the check and staff and the servers in the food area. But disappears to be Marriotts top priority in serving their customers. Thank you
