Booked this room during commencement. Stayed with family. Brand new hotel, neat and tidy. Other than the frustrating front desk everything was great!
$3.50 for parking. This charge just showed up after I checked out and was not informed there was a charge to park when I checked in. Aside from that lack of communication it was a good hotel.
Great stay. We were 1 towel short in the bathroom and not enough coffee and creamer in the room. Great breakfast and a friendly, socialable staff. I really liked this stay. The sheets need to have a higher thread count, but other than that, it's my hometown stay from here on out. Great job, Marriot!
During stay at two weeks ago my rolex watch was stolen from my room. The situation has not beem handle of importance. I had to call and continue to follow up. There are no safes in the hotel rooms to secure personal items I have asked for corporate number snd contact person's and the question continues to be ignored. The has been a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
