Our stay at Residence Inn Jonesboro has been wonderful, and Dru at the front desk has been nothing short of amazing throughout our entire visit! We were in town visiting and weren’t sure if we would need to extend our stay another night. Dru took the time to call us personally, explain the process, and reassure us that we knew exactly what to do if we ended up needing the additional night. Even though my tv was broken. I did report it but it wasn’t fixed or replaced rm 201. I stayed three nights. The hotel is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, in yearssssss! I was in town for my cousin wedding.
Stayed here for work for 4 nights. The place is infested with fleas. I found a flea biting my leg in the gym and my room. I developed an itchy rash on my legs while staying here and have bites all over my legs. This was my first time staying at a Marriott brand hotel and I will not be returning.
Clean I loved everything about this hotel. I highly recommend it if you're saying more than a night
