This hotel has a LOT of deferred maintenance. The entry door to the lobby is falling off its tracks. Our room, 106, had a lot of condensation on its tile floors causing them to be slippery. There are several broken vents on the door which conceals the a/c unit. The cabinet door for the bathroom sink was broken off and lying against the wall. Very disrespectful female claiming to be General Manager and hotel clerk also.
When we checked in the young man at the front desk was less than polite. Made it to the room. It was disgusting. Had never been cleaned from last guest. Went down to let the front desk person know and had an "I don't care" attitude. There was no other room available. We asked if he would clean it. At least change the sheets and take out the trash. His entire attitude was like that's not his job. We asked for a manager which was no help either. I will never recommend the hotel again, which is said because whenever I travel I ... read more
