Piss-poor laundry service machine ate my money didn't get my clothes clean on the first round I replaced one load worth of money which is a $1.50 then the machine ate that. The dryer did one round and didn't even dry my clothes had to put it in for another round so 6 bucks later and I'm still in the laundromat trying to get things done, it's been about 2 hours. The rooms definitely could use updating.
Nice room but beds are like concrete and really short. Price ended up being way higher than quoted. Front desk staff was pleasant. Breakfast was pure chaos with 30 kids running all over the place and parents not giving a care about it. Staff could not keep up with the food. Half cooked bacon was disgusting.
Great hotel and customer service.
