Stayed 17 nights and overall had a good experience. Staff and check-in were excellent, and the in-room kitchen was a huge plus for a long stay. Common areas and parking were well kept, but some room fixtures need updates, WiFi was slow, breakfast was average, and the laundry/gym facilities could be improved. Still, great value for the length of stay—ideal for business travelers and long-term guests.

A little older hotel, but rooms were clean and comfortable. Did not eat breakfast there so can't speak on that, but desk staff friendly and accommodating. Location was industrial with other hotels nearby, but close to places to eat in Carmel.

The service was awful. I checked in and had keys that didn't work, so I went back and they gave me a new room. Those keys ALSO didn't work, and then the 3rd keys did work. Then the next night we checked in at midnight and the keys didn't work, so we went to the desk and they said some random person already checked out of our room. All our stuff was still in there and we had to fight to get even back in the room. On top of all the hastle, I got a 40 dollar extra charge when we didn't even order anything... absolutely terrible... read more
