This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in Houston. The service was excellent, and the staff treated me with genuine care and respect. The room was peaceful and well designed, and everything was spotless. I left with only positive impressions and would gladly return in the future.
Perfectly nice & clean rooms, breakfast was amazingly, service was great however, I am concerned on why a new email and BonVoy account was. Tested for us. We booked with the app & Lisa created a new unknown email and account number. Who creates a new email for a guest??? I really didn’t like that part because now I’m worried just anyone could do this that’s behind the counter
