The rooms were very dark and smelled bad, with poor lighting. The pool was closed due to service issues. When I asked for Ice, I was initially told there was no ice available on the premises. However, after pressing the manager, I was provided with a bag of ice. No coffee available except for breakfast. Definitely not up to Marriott standards.

don’t stay at this location. The male staff sneaks into your room and leaves notes like the one attached. Very scary! It’s isn’t safe to stay here! I have suffered from sexual trauma and this has been hard for me to deal with. A male staff member sneaking into my room. When you bring it to the staffs attention they Literally do nothing and try to sweep it under the rug.

The reason this is a five star place… front desk is amazing. I’ve stayed at the surrounding properties multiple times with Marriott. In this area of hotels…. It’s way better. I just left the courtyard to stay with them to finish out my trip. Being a life time elite with Marriott and traveling over 700 nights with them…. Guys are doing a fantastic job. It’s the facilities and not always the location to bank on to make your stay.
