The room was clean, but it had a bad smell that never went away. The elevators smelled strongly of urine, which was an unpleasant way to start and end every trip to the room. The rooms are very outdated, with broken and exposed baseboards. For the price, this stay was not worth it. Cleanliness alone doesn't make up for the odor and condition of the property.

Not clean. Elevators smelled like urine, rooms showed significant signs of lack of cleaning. Traveling with 3 small children, I was pretty disappointed with the accommodations.

Two stars only due to location, a good morning breakfast and staff was friendly. Unfortunately after many disappointing stays at Marriott ( we are Marriott credit card holders) this was the final straw and we will look to other hotel chains. We stayed in a one bedroom suite for two nights, one night with points and the other paid for, for a fun getaway. On July 21st around 5 PM, I simply went to the front desk to ask about the deposit and the Wi-Fi. (Can Marriott publicly disclose this person's name?) The receptionist was extremely impatient and arrogant, claiming they didn't know anything, and completely refused to explain who else we could ask. Later, they even called the police to kick us out.
