I travel to the area regularly for work, and this has been my favorite hotel. It’s relatively new. However, their business practices are atrocious. I booked at the government rate. Six days before check-in I called to shorten my stay. The associate on the phone changed the dates for me and I confirmed on the app that the dates were correct, and the booking was still at the government rate. I needed temporary housing and stayed at this hotel and loved it! The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the customer service was outstanding! My son especially loved the fitness center. Lol. I live nearby in Laurel, so I was already familiar with the area, but the location is perfect! Somewhat secluded, but surrounded by tons of dining options and a Harris Teeter, and close to major commuter routes. The only negative is I wish it had a true business center. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this extended stay hotel!
The Residence Inn Fulton at Maple Lawn went above and beyond for my stay at the hotel. We had family visiting from out of town who were staying with us when a large portion of the ceiling in our home collapsed sending debris and insulation throughout the house. Thank God no one was hurt when it collapsed. We were searching for a nearby hotel who could accommodate us with 4 hotel rooms since there was too much damage to remain in our home.
