This property does not meet Marriott standards — or even the standards of a respectable two-star hotel. Our check-in experience was not stellar. For about 15 minutes, the front desk agent and his manager struggled with a computer issue while trying to assign us a room. Technical problems can happen, and that’s understandable. I had a great stay from December 30 to January 4. However, since checking out, I have sent multiple emails and made several phone calls regarding my $150 security deposit. No one has responded, and the money has not been returned. This has been very disappointing and turned what started as a good stay into a bad overall experience.
Chantel and rest of staff were very helpful and pleasure dealing with.
Excellent choice of hotel for extended stay in this area: Clean & spacious suites, home-like amenities & relaxing atmosphere. Free breakfast & Happy Hours. Management & staff are very accommodating, professional & friendly. They are always willing to assist with any request. You’ll definitely feel valued & welcome here. Highly recommended!
Beware of bed bugs and nonchalant, dismissive staff. I do not recommend staying here at all. The rooms are disgusting, and this hotel clearly needs serious investment. I will be reporting this property to the DBPR Division of Hotels and Restaurants and the Health Department. This place must be investigated.
