Beautiful hotel! Really needs a valet area as there are no clear areas for parking and unloading. Frustrating you have to park a block away with luggage only to find out there is a closer entrance in the back.
The rooms are really nice, comfortable couches beds and noce shower. Kitchenette is well setup and stocked. They could do a better job keeping the coffee makers clean since sometimes tea is made... But overall great stay, downtown has some one ways which can be inconvenient but they uave ample parking for guests. The breakfast had some good options and the employees we were assisted by were super friendly and informative.

Honestly - this place was great.. service at front desk was gpod. O ly stayed 1 night but room was spacious with 2 queens. Mini kitchen with full fridge, microwave, glasses and plates. Swivel TV, desk and a sofa sleeper. Will stay here again when I come up to visit my kiddo at NAU. Close to shopping, bars, and eateries. Parking is good too. Really close to NAU.
