My son stayed here while participating in a school function. The woman working the front desk (he didn't catch her name) was amazing! She knows customer service. She helped him while he was working on his project. He came home and said that she was the best. Thank you!
Beautiful hotel, easy to access location. Extremely hostile night employee that keeps a sign out that says she is helping another guest while she is in reality just hiding until you have waited 30 mins to check in and she decides to get up and be inconvenienced by checking you in. We are longtime loyal point members and have stayed in countless locations. Never once have I ever encounterered such a bitter employee.
