The only service that I could say was a wonderful service was the lady in the kitchen Isabel she was so attentive the whole time my family was eating. We have stayed here for years and I remember the old manager Mike he was sooooo nice and seemed like he had the hotel up to date. Unfortunately this past stay it wasn’t great room was hot and smelled like mildew. Checked in and Kimberly I believe was her name was friendly very nice went back down later and it was like a totally different person she was not friendly anymore she had a attitude barely wanted to answer any questions. Was never just at the front desk always had to make noise to let her know someone was there. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but this continues for the whole stay. We had five rooms for a family reunion and I wish we had stayed elsewhere
