Loyal Bonvoy / Marriott Rewards member for 30+ years, tens of thousands of dollars spent with this brand — and this is how they repay it. I stayed here April 23–27, 2026, using a reservation I'd booked through a third party (cheaper than the direct rate). I told the front desk agent this explicitly at check-in and showed him the reservation. He acknowledged it, took a card for incidentals, and that was that. Room is great. Cleaning is great. I aam electrician by trade. My AFCIs on my hood/micro and dishwasher tripped. Also my stove electrical is missing about 2" of metal protection into the connector. Exposed wire.
Fantastic hotel and the same great experience I have always had! Omar from the front desk was amazing and he accommodated our request to get a corner suite on the 1st floor. Thanks for making our stay pleasant and comfortable.
Pay for room but they overbooked. Many customers angry . What a disaster! No one’s know anything. .
The hotel is clean and quiet.
