I picked this hotel bc of the location and room layout, all of which worked for my family. The staff was friendly, although they charged me for the room at check-in when I’d already paid in advance. They apologized and issued a refund, and I saw it as just a slight inconvenience. But when I checked in to my room I noticed a large roach in the process of dying in the bathroom.
