Michelle at the front desk is AMAZING. She is kind, very professional and one of the best I have ever dealt with in any hotel worldwide!! Wish Marriot could clone her or higher more people just like her.
Was charged $460.85 even though I already paid. Called multiple times and everyone I speak to said a manager will call me. I’ve heard nothing and disputes.
Came in from West Texas to visit family, rooms were clean and nice. I saw the new renovation plans and am excited to visit again in the future.
Nice hotel. Spacious. Pool is out of order. We are here now 3/25/26
