Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Super friendly staff. Continental Breakfast was good with lots of choices and well attended.

I highly recommend the Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas Grand Prairie. It feels like home, with amazing and professional staff, especially the manager. I love this place and will definitely return. It's conveniently located and perfect for relaxation, offering a nice pool, grill, and excellent breakfast. The ladies in the breakfast area, especially Ms. Martha, provide great service, ensuring everything is clean and that you have what you need. This hotel is a 10/10.

After waiting, the General Manager never came to speak with us at room 126. I eventually went to the front desk myself and encountered Justin the GM. When I asked why we had been left waiting and forced to endure the excessive heat Maurice join the conversation the assistant GM, especially considering my recent surgery, I was met with an unprofessional and disrespectful response no concern for my well being. Extremely Poor Experience ZERO STARS Absolutely unacceptable experience. Our AC was not working, and after being moved through three rooms, every room had the same issue . The temperature reached 81°F while it was around 100°F outside, and we were told to simply wait for it to cool down. We were given one fan and two bottles of water, despite being told multiple rooms had the same problem and there was nothing they could do.
