This hotel for my work trip was incredible. Highly recommend. Nice staff, great service, clean and new room. Great spot for middle of Dallas and FW. The breakfast was pretty good (definitely hotel bkfst) but they had great options for coffee and options to go. Overall, would definitely stay here again.
Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast is 5 star everything you could ever want to eat.
The room is spotless, the lobby exudes a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is very kind!
Loved, loved, loved my stay! The front desk was kind and friendly and the pool was clean. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY - Melciana cleaned my room to the T! No hairs from previous visitors left in the shower, on the bed, in the towels, etc. The dishes were sparkling clean. There was not a speck of dust anywhere, including the corners. The couch was clean. Normally couches and furniture in hotels feel like a holding tank of germs and dna (to me). I don’t like sitting on them. However, this couch welcomed me.
