Looking to hold a work retreat here, and the whole process has gone so smoothly. The materials Melanie showed me regarding the conference room packages were concise and welcome as I was showing upper management. Melanie showed me around and has been very attentive and thorough. It's been a pleasure, and I am looking forward to doing this again!
The facility is very clean and the staff is courteous and helpful. I worked with Melanie and she made our large group reservation process a breeze! The hotel is in a great and safe location and within walking distance to a few shopping options as well as several places to eat.
Our recent event booking at the Residence Inn was managed exceptionally well. We needed 18 rooms with varied requirements, and Melanie Collier, Director of Sales, was consistently polite, extremely helpful, and highly professional throughout the process, while accommodating our requirements. Her responsiveness, and attention to detail made room booking for this event smooth and stress‑free. We truly appreciate her outstanding support and look forward to working with the team again.
