UPDATE: my MIL’s card was also charged $591 through Priceline. Now 4 days later management has yet to issue refund until they can verify funds through Priceline. Despite 3 separate fees for 1 room. Sent my husband to pay for what should have been a $15 parking pass while visiting. Our card was charged for $647 and another pending $650 charge for my mother in laws 2 night stay. Hotel is clean and modern with a great location that is near the waterfront, a beach, and restaurants. There is complimentary breakfast in the morning and a hotel bar in the lobby. Rooms were modern with a huge bathroom with a walk-in shower. Absolutely fantastic stay and experience, especially compared to the Marriot Hotel we left in San Antonio. Will stay again when visiting.

This place sucks! It’s a hole in the wall. My room had rats and the stench in there was really, my room smelt like fish. The swimming pool had Green algae in it, it looked like it hadn’t been clean in months. The showers were black all over the walls and floor. My blankets and pillows had blood stains on them. If I were you I’d go take my money elsewhere. This please needs to be shut down.

I was double charged and every time I called to speak to the manager about the issue I always got the same answer. The manager would call you back today. The manager never called me back. Seems like it was just a lie to cover up a mistake. It’s been about a month and still have yet to hear from anyone from this hotel.
