We booked a room through the bon voy website specifically requesting a first floor room that is wheelchair accessible Called twice to confirm with the hotel that this request would be guaranteed Got to the hotel and was told our room is in the fourth floor We specifically requested first floor due to anxiety and PTSD for my husband who is a disabled wheelchair vet and can not get on elevators and can not have a regular room because he is paralyzed How does someone take your reservation and just give it to someone else who do... read more

Was hesitant to commit to this hotel due to all the negative reviews but because of the location of Cole Park Pier and waterfront access is what made us pull the trigger! 3is for the hotel not having breakfast ready at 0700, we waited for almost an hour until we gave up and left. Yesterday, they were on time today not some much. From the intell I gathered, was that the front desk worker had to not only make the breakfast but check people in🤔.
