The hotel itself was nice and comfortable, and overall our stay was great. When my family checked in, the front desk employee was very friendly and helpful, which made for a great first impression. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and we enjoyed having late night pizza in the courtyard around the fire pit. The hotel was clean and pleasant and we will stay here again.
As a platinum elite, the room was honestly great. However regarding service, I was very disappointed. I was here on business and called ahead of time (day before) to ensure my room would be available (prepaid by the host company) as I needed to get ready in time for the bus that would be picking up for the event at 2pm. When I entered at 12pm, I was not greeted which automatically set the tone for my stay. Marriott elite member reserved a room With a pet. Checked in late like 9 pm in the evening told desk we had a pet. Staff said we’ll deal with that in a minute. Room didn’t have paper towels and front desk staff was no where to be found. Next day we had a late checkout 1 pm because we had an emergency. I checked out with standing there with my pet.
