Water main break happened today and because I booked through Expedia, management is refusing to refund hotel stay so we have to deal with cold water while management insists that they can’t do anything about it and just give us points for a future stay IF AND WHEN we make an account with Marriot. Never again.

My room was spacious and comfortable. The woman who checked me in was very polite and welcoming, and Brittany at the bar was great. Your night shift front desk employee was sleeping in your lobby at 5AM my first morning. The breakfast area needs cleaned and the coffee station was unappetizing to say the least. When I commented the second morning about the creamers needing cleaned, the kitchen employee said to take it up with the front desk night shift who is supposed to do it.
