The hotel was pretty decent. The front desk staff was polite. The room was equipped with everything I needed to make a nice meal for the night. The only issue we had was the television not working. I called the desk to let them know and she said they would bring another remote to see if that was the issue and they would move us to another room if that didn’t work, I said Ok, but they never came. The free breakfast was fairly decent also.
Great, clean room with all the amenities. Friendly staff and very quiet stay. Only complaint was the queen bed was extremely uncomfortable mattress springs poking through and the pull out bed was not much better. Pillows were flat as a pancake. Otherwise a perfect stay
Beautiful, clean rooms. Attentive staff. If you need something or have a concern, they are very willing to help. They are always upgrading the hotel...I really like seeing that...that tells me they care about their facility and meeting the needs of their clients/customers.
