2025/11/04 - I am able to see their upgraded room this time. The bedroom and bathroom, each, have their own door for privacy. Previous - Rooms are nice and well organized. The TV can be viewed from the bed or couch, just swivel. Chair for desk is decent and fairly comfortable. The fitness center is decent, but tv on each treadmill may not work. Excellent hotel, best we've stayed at by far! This is our third visit and it is always clean. Breakfast bar has a lot of great options and changes daily-breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal and lemon scones are our favorites! The kids loved the waffles too. The pool is clean and heated. They added a few pool games and floaties if you forget yours which is nice! It is located right by Great Wolf Lodge and Kings Island. 0/10. This hotel is not safe. The night we stayed the receptionist had a party with all of her friends out by the fire pit until 2am. We got zero sleep. And when I tried to call down and address the quiet hours, I was calling and sitting on hold for 30+ minutes because she was outside with her group. When I finally did get ahold of her, she laughed and told me I was being ‘petty.’ The people beside us were banging on their window trying to get them to be quiet. It was awful.
