The proximity to the lake was great. Jennifer was very helpful at the front thanks highly recommend.

Awesome except we are by the door and its so loud when it shuts. Staff are amazing.
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service during my recent stay. I was charged multiple times for what was supposed to be a one-night stay. My card shows charges of $160, $150, $20, and $1, and then an additional charge of $152. Being charged this many times for one night is unacceptable. When I tried speaking with management to resolve the issue, they were unable to help or provide a clear explanation for the charges, which made the situation even more frustrating.
