I get to stay at the Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall Residence Inn for work every 3 months. The location is fantastic and I enjoy getting to bring my dog with me for two weeks of work on the road. It's the best home-away-from-home that I could ask for. The breakfast offerings are top-notch at this location (biscuits and gravy always get my bonus points). Front desk staff = phenomenal. Super welcoming and kind. Rooms were clean but had signs of wear. They could use some new chairs and updated paints/caulking. The pull out bed was TERRIBLE!! Do not book a room with a pull out bed and expect to be able to sleep on it. They were stained and so uncomfortable. We ended up having the kids just sleep on the couch. Andy is great. Very friendly and helped me grab some ice while I waited for my ice maker to make ice. Clean rooms and friendly staff, would definitely stay again !
