Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience at the Residence Inn Schaumburg. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and felt newly refreshed with the new beds—they were so cozy! The staff made my stay even better. Darryl and Fawzia provided outstanding service—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Housekeeping, especially Angelica, did an amazing job keeping everything spotless and welcoming. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and great service. I’ll definitely be staying here again!
Absolutely wonderful location and my room was great. Daryl at the front desk was by far the best person I have ever been met by. He has a wonderful personality and a pretty sharp dresser! Great hire!!
Mr Darryl was a pleasure to meet and work with he has amazing skills when it comes to helping his customers.
😭They filled in the hot tub!😭 After a day of everything going wrong far from home, this the only thing keeping me going. Tomorrow is another day.
Enjoyed our recent stay. We have a family of four and the rooms were perfect for us. The front desk team including Darryl, Fawzia, Monica, and Christian made us feel right at home. The breakfast was great for our needs and Luz was especially helpful. Would definitely stay here again when in the Chicago suburbs.
